Do I need “outside” musicians
Certain instruments can’t be recreated well enough using virtual instruments and you may need a session musician. We’ll be able to let you know from the start. It may be possible just to change the arrangement or substitute a different instrument if you want to keep the costs down.
A good example of a situation where a session musician would be needed is a saxophone solo.
How much does a session musician cost?
We negotiate each project individually and we don’t take any sort of cut. The cost will depend on the amount of tracks, the amount of playing on each track as well as the distribution of the final material (CD, Tv ad etc)
