Learning to quickly build chords is one of the most essential aspects of jazz piano.
TIP! The quickest way to learn chords is to know your major scales!

Major and Minor:
The most basic chords are major and minor triads (triad = 3 notes).

Major Triad
A major triad is made up of a root (1), major 3rd (3) and perfect 5th (5)
